In order to draw on as much existing insight as possible, we reviewed all of our engagement activity over the past three years.

We looked at what local people have previously told us about their experiences of local health and care services and what they think those services should look like.

This information was used to help identify initial areas of focus within the early planning of the strategy, but also to understand where we had gaps in our insight.
