The Fylde Coast health and care partnership is part of a wider system of partnership working across Lancashire and South Cumbria, known as the Lancashire and South Cumbria Health and Care Partnership.
We’re facing some really significant challenges across Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre. In understanding these challenges we aim to tackle them head on. We want to make sure people living on the Fylde Coast have the very best health and care services possible.
With this in mind, we spent months working closely as a partnership to develop our five year strategy which was influenced by a huge amount of feedback from our staff, clinicians, wider stakeholders and people living on the Fylde Coast.
Our partnership is supported by a clear vision:
Healthier Fylde Coast: Improving health and care together
By working more closely together we will deliver three key aims:
We will have healthy communities across the whole of the Fylde Coast. |
We will have safe high quality services with better outcomes and experiences for our patients. |
We will have health and care services which are fit for the future, delivered by a skilled, motivated and resilient workforce. |
We’re excited about the future, we’re ready to make some big changes and by working together we will improve health and care for people living on the Fylde Coast.
